How to apply
We pride ourselves on being able to offer a recruitment service that is tailored as much as possible to your personal and professional goals.
To get started, notify us of your preferred area of work, including ward or specialty area, and your preferred shift patterns and availabilities.

Documents Required
You will need to provide the following documentation:
- Proof of ID
- Current resume, including your most recent employment - or use the Austra Heath Resume Builder
- Your NBV Registration Certificate
- Your original nursing qualification
- Proof of any additional nursing qualifications
- Proof of ‘years of service'
- Your banking details
- Your Tax File Number (apply for a TFN)
- Your superannuation fund details
- Contact details for two professional referees
- If you have completed your Basic Life Support (BLS), Fire and Safety, or Manual Handling training in the last 12 months, please bring proof of completion. Otherwise you will be required to complete the updated training before you are eligible to work. Please note, we can assist in scheduling training updates on your behalf.
We'll then issue you with an ID badge, two corporate shirts and a timesheet book. And then, you're ready to start to work!
