Travel Documents
You will receive documents in your final package to take with you to Saudi Arabia. Please have these documents in your hand luggage so that they are easily accessible on arrival. If you have any questions after receiving your final package, please contact Austra Health before you depart for Saudi Arabia.
In you final package you will generally receive the following documents:
- Your passport with visa stamped inside
- Photocopies of your visa and passport
- Two copies of your signed contract (one for your employers records, one for your records)
- All of your medical results (to be handed to your employer with your contract during orientation)
- Any original documents you submitted to Austra Health during processing
- Paper airline tickets if applicable (most candidates now travel on e-tickets)
- Passport photo's
It is recommended that you take an additional 10 colour passport photos, as they are handy during orientation.
You should also take the original copy of your current Nursing Registration and Nursing Qualification with you. For non-nursing occupations, you need to take your original qualification and license (if applicable).
