All on-hire employees and contractors are thoroughly screened prior to selection.  Our process is flexible to meet the needs of the client and the role.  The Bayside Group's qualified recruitment consultants undertake:

  • Visa Verification
  • Background and Reference Checks

Where a role requires strong administration skills, we conduct PC skills testing.  For an additional fee, we are also able to conduct health and police checks, psychometric assessments and comprehensive skills testing as required.

Risk Management

The Bayside Group's Occupational Health & Safety team forms an integral part of our recruitment service, working with employers to minimise workplace risk and conducting regular site assessments.  Our on-hired employees have specific insurance coverage and are inducted in line with our OHS policies and procedures.
