Candidate Retention
We use feedback from our on-hired, contract and permanent candidates to improve and develop our services. Survey results suggest that payment and communication are considered the most important element of our service by our workforce, and that our systems are effective. Retaining Permanent CandidatesWe maintain regular contact with our database of professionals to keep informed of their movements and career goals. By building strong relationships with our candidates, we are able to identify opportunities of interest and promote these to our candidates as they become available. Many of our consultants have similar backgrounds to our candidates, which enables them to gain an in-depth understanding of the specific roles that our candidates may be interested in. Retaining On-hire and Contract CandidatesAs our on-hired and contract employees use the At Work section of the web site to access timesheets, we have launched our candidate care platform, At Work Options, to enable access to additional services and benefits through the web site. By providing fantastic job opportunities and establishing a sense of community, we are able to build long-term relationships with our candidates. We recognise that everyone has different needs and have developed a variety of candidate care options to meet individual requirements including career development, advice, recognition and benefits.
