All on-hire employees and contractors are thoroughly screened prior to selection.  Our process is flexible to meet the needs of the client and the role.

Baytech's qualified recruitment consultants undertake:

  • resume and telephone screening
  • behavioural interviews
  • skill and safety assessment
  • verification of skills and qualifications
  • visa verification
  • background and reference checks

For an additional fee, we are also able to conduct health and police checks, and other HR Services as required.

Induction

A thorough induction process facilitates a smooth transition into the workplace.  Our recruiters work with employers to become familiar with the site and your work practices, ensuring all necessary information is provided.

Induction includes:
