Baytech's Occupational Health & Safety team forms an integral part of our recruitment service, working with employers to minimise workplace risk and conducting regular site assessments.  Our on-hired employees have specific insurance coverage and are inducted in line with our OHS policies and procedures.

We can also assist clients by managing the risks associated with the use of casual or contract professionals.  For the employer, using our on-hired services assists in minimising the exposure to employment law obligations and employee entitlements.  For the contractor, we are able to engage all enterprise entities utilising a subcontract relationship.
