This customer service professional has many years of experience in a call centre environment. They are a highly motivated and committed team worker who possesses initiative and excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a solid commitment to the customer service field. In their current role, they handle approximately 60-80 calls per day, as well as being responsible for data entry, administration and billing tasks, and customer service, both inbound and outbound, warm and cold calling. They are currently based in Canberra but are looking to relocate back to Sydney as soon as possible.
