Bridge Consulting provides temporary professionals, tailoring service solutions to meet the varied requirements of our clients and candidates. Our on-hire and contract services include:

Screening & Selection

All on-hire employees and contractors are thoroughly screened prior to selection.  Our process is flexible to meet the needs of the client and the role.  Bridge Consulting's qualified recruitment consultants undertake:

  • resume and telephone screening,
  • behavioural interviews,
  • skill and safety assessment,
  • verification of skills and qualifications,
  • visa verification, and
  • background and reference checks.

For an additional fee, we are also able to conduct health and police checks, psychometric assessments and skills testing as required.

Induction

A thorough induction process facilitates a smooth transition into the workplace. Our recruiters work with employers to become familiar with the site and your work practices, ensuring all necessary information is provided.  Induction includes:

  • On-line OHS induction;
  • Performance and compliance expectations; and
  • On-site induction *

* Please note that on-site inductions are generally conducted by the employer.  However, we are able to assist with on-hired induction solutions where required. 

Management of Workers

Managing and retaining on-hired employees and contractors is an essential element of our service.  We seek regular feedback and make improvements to ensure we are meeting their needs. 

Our services include:

  • payroll and salary packaging,
  • time and attendance,
  • monitoring qualifications and licenses,
  • performance management,
  • pool management, and
  • retention of workers.

Account Management

Bridge Consulting works in collaboration with our clients.  We aim to build long term relationships by understanding your specific needs and providing effective service solutions.  Our account management process forms part of our quality management system for recruitment services, with regular reviews established.  We provide a dedicated Account Manager who is responsible for undertaking regular reviews to facilitate effective forecasting, a rapid response to requests and proactive service delivery.  Client satisfaction is formally measured on an annual basis, with improvement strategies actioned by the Senior Management Team on the basis of your suggestions and feedback, together with new innovations in technology and/or systems. 

Risk Management

Bridge Consulting's OH&S team forms an integral part of our recruitment service, working with employers to minimise workplace risk and conducting regular site assessments. Our on-hired employees have specific insurance coverage and are inducted in line with our OH&S policies and procedures. 

We can also assist clients by managing the risks associated with the use of casual or contract professionals. For the employer, using our on-hired services assists in minimising the exposure to employment law obligations and employee entitlements.
