Check up from the neck up

It has been a year of challenges for businesses and individuals in more ways than one and it is now a time to relax and smell the roses and recharge the batteries for 2010.

Over the years I have accumulated favourite phrases or quotes that help me lift my spirits and regain perspective. I don't know many people that don't have "a bad hair day" every now and then or as I sometimes say are "in need of a check up from the neck up". So I have put together some attitude adjusters that have worked for me and are within my daily arsenal. After all if you don't know what you stand for, you could fall for anything!
