We are committed to working with our casual on-hired team and want to acknowledge all your efforts.  Without the support and all your hard work the Australian Wine Industry would not be able to function properly and produce the world-class wine that we do.  We want to reward you for your exceptional work performance; OH&S awareness and proactive approach in reporting incidents and providing suggestions for improvement; reliability; and your regular contact with CozWine.

To this end we have launched the CozWine Service Recognition Awards where we will nominate an on-hired worker on a quarterly basis, and a vintage employee each year, who has met the criteria outlined above.  As a winner of the CozWine Service Recognition Awards, you will receive $100 cash and a double movie pass.

We like to know when you are happy with our services, or when you think we could do something better.  The Bayside Group has a service satisfaction survey available for you to complete at any time.  We use the feedback and suggestions for improvement from this survey to develop and improve our services to you.
