How often should I call my Recruitment Consultant to advise of my availability?

You should call us at least once a week. Contacting us as soon as you know of your availability means that we can offer you employment when it best suits you.   

What happens when I finish my assignment?

Contact CozWine when you finish your assignment and we can find your next employment opportunity for you.

Can I take my mobile phone to work?

Mobile phones are generally not allowed into the worksite. If you do need it, we suggest it be kept in your locker, lunchroom or vehicle so you can check it during designated breaks.

What if I don't like the worksite or colleagues?

If you are having problems with the worksite or colleagues, you should contact your Recruitment Consultant as soon as possible. We can help by either assisting you to resolve the issue or reassignment to another employer.

Do I have to wear personal protective equipment?

Always. CozWine and our clients are committed to providing a safe work environment for our candidates.

When and how will I get paid?

We generally pay our on-hired employees on a weekly basis unless otherwise specified. We will electronically transfer the money into your nominated bank account.

How do I submit my timesheets?

You will be given specific instructions as to how to fill in your timesheet.  For timesheets, click here. If you use a standard timesheet, you must fax in your timesheet as well as sending through your original timesheet. For further information, contact your Recruitment Consultant.

What do I do if need to take leave?

If you are sick and need to take time off it is important that you inform either your Recruitment Consultant and/or your supervisor as soon as possible. We need to be informed if you require an extended amount of leave as we may need to temporarily replace you.

If you are seeking to take time off for other reasons, you must receive permission from both CozWine and your supervisor prior to the date. You must give both parties as much notice as possible to ensure alternative arrangements can be made.

Can you help me find employment interstate or overseas?

If you are interested in finding employment interstate, we may be able to assist you in finding work across Australia.  Please contact your Recruitment Consultant to discuss.

In most instances, you will be notified of a job as soon as it becomes available.
