In addition to being able to offer Structural Steel Detailing and Electrical Design & Documentation services in-house, we have recognised a need among clients to have our staff work at their premises, to form a part of their on-site project team.

Our pool of people

With a growing demand for technical skills in a tight job market, we provide a cost alternative by placing our people at your premises.

The advantage versus hiring contracted staff is that you can ask for a specific person to return to you for future projects, reducing the time needed for induction & training. And since Bayside remain the employer, we keep full responsibility for the person's development, OH&S training and other HR issues.

If needed, this also allows our staff to return to our office and continue our service in-house, depending on office space requirements.

In short, our consulting division can provide you with specific structural drafting and electrical engineering services from our office or on-site, which ever is better suited to your project requirements.
