Minimise training costs 

To avoid having to re-train temporary staff or increase the permanent staff pool, we offer the option to use our staff on a consultancy basis. This not only gives you the flexibility to hire staff on a needs' basis, but also allows you to ask back someone who has previously been outsourced to you. We take care of any human resource requirements, such as training, inductions, OH&S, salary, etc. as well as software required for the job. We simply send you an invoice based on previously arranged hourly rates.

Because you will be able to ask a person back, they will be familiar with your business, the team structure and the processes to adhere to. Not only will this make them a more valuable addition to your team resources, it also allows you to place the right skills where needed.
