Managing Projects
We have proven systems in place to ensure you receive excellent services, with protocols for project management as follows:
- Project Manager appointed
- Project team selected on the basis of competencies and experience
- Senior Draftsman independently checks drawings
- We ensure that drawings and important documentation are delivered quickly and by a reliable source (i.e. electronically or via courier)
- Relevant member of the project team attend meetings where required
- Projects are tracked through the detail and issuing for fabrication using QDMS (Quality Document Management System or similar packages, i.e. Aconex).
- Project Manager produces regular status reports
- Project Manager responsible for carrying out purpose and scope of project in accordance with AS 3902-7987
The Project Manager is always a senior staff member, whose role is to ensure that all client requirements are met and to personally supervise drafting activities.
