Managing Projects

We have proven systems in place to ensure you receive excellent services, with protocols for project management as follows:

  • Project Manager appointed
  • Project team selected on the basis of competencies and experience
  • Senior Draftsman independently checks drawings
  • We ensure that drawings and important documentation are delivered quickly and by a reliable source (i.e. electronically or via courier)
  • Relevant member of the project team attend meetings where required
  • Projects are tracked through the detail and issuing for fabrication using QDMS (Quality Document Management System or similar packages, i.e. Aconex).
  • Project Manager produces regular status reports
  • Project Manager responsible for carrying out purpose and scope of project in accordance with AS 3902-7987

The Project Manager is always a senior staff member, whose role is to ensure that all client requirements are met and to personally supervise drafting activities.
