Waterfront City Stage 1
Docklands Melbourne
AutoCAD 3D modelling techniques were used to model and shop detail the first 4 structures within this city including the East & West Waterfronts and Colonnades. Each structure features:
- Complex integrated steel masts & columns
- Balconies & canopies
- Floor and roof steelwork (supported off precast panels)
- Complex hip roofing
The different layouts and roof pitches combined with the integrated architectural features added to the complexity of the modelling and shop details of this project.
